Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. If you are in Canada, text us 203 241 4116 or call

the store 203 262 1829 and we will arrange method of shipping as this is not on the website yet.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders or In-Store Pickup:

FedEx
UPS
USPS

In-Store, or In-studio, pickup can be selected during the Shipping options of the checkout process.  These options are for local customers who plan to pick up their items in our store or at their local participating studio.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Some items ship free over $50.00.  For the exceptions, the rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the items that are in stock. When the back-ordered item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
