Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error

You may return defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received without penalty.

You can return pointe shoes that do not have ribbons and elastic sewn and no marks on the shoe for a full refund. If you need a sample box of two or more shoes, we will ship you various sizes, pay for one pointe shoe, return the others within 7 days and you will not be charged for “try ons”. If you do not return shoes, within the 7 days, we will charge your account for all shoes sent.

When we receive your return, we inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund. (for defective items)

Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt and all other printed materials with the original packaging.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

** Your return shipping charges will be waived for defective product and/or due to our error.
